The title of this book is not The Computer Meeting. No, it is not The Tablet Meeting, either. And no, it is certainly not called The Smartphone Meeting. The title of this book is The Notebook Meeting for a very important reason. Every time you have a notebook meeting, you will write about it in a notebook. Yes, that is what the name means. I will never direct you to type it on your PC, Mac, laptop, tablet, or make notes on your smartphone. I want you to write everything in a notebook.

When you learn the notebook meeting process and start having your notebook meetings consistently, you will quickly discover what a precious, precious time it can be. Your notebook meetings will be filled with constructive discussions or thoughts about changing your life for the better. During your meetings you will be writing about doing life differently in ways you have not yet considered. You will learn more about yourself, you will grow, you will make plans for your mountaintop moments, and then you will reach those higher places.

Recording all of this with your heart and hand using a pen and paper in a notebook will be a highlight of the journey. Your notebook will become a treasure, a journal of managing life on your terms.
